From the West take the A14 East towards Ipswich and Felixstowe then take the slip road left signposted
Diss and Norwich A120
Follow the A120 North for approximately 7 km then take the A1120 Stowmarket Road and proceed East for another approximately 7 km and the Leisure Centre will be on your right hand side.
